Progress continues across the site, with several key areas advancing steadily. Library floor rough-ins are nearing completion and are expected to wrap up this week, while amphitheater seating is underway and stair fabrication is getting started. Water service work is complete, with final submissions still pending. Electrical, IT, and camera coordination also continues, including additional IT locations and new Starlink connections. We are working through alarm system design holdups, confirming the Cube delivery date, and gathering additional pricing for interior doors. With multiple items moving forward, we are continuing to build momentum and make steady progress toward the next phases of construction.
