Friday 10/25: This Friday is Parent/Teacher Conference day. Please remember to sign up for conferences with your child/rens’ teachers. Scott, Phoebe, Mark-Antonio, Perry, Sabra and Hannah will be available as well. Please reach out them to make appointments. 

Saturday 10/26 - We are co-hosting "Trunk or Treat" with theBridgehampton Childcare center again this year. We had so much fun last year when we hosted the event at Hayground. You can come and enjoythe trunks or come and decorate your own! Decorate your trunk, fill it with treats, and join us for some fun at 551 Bridgehampton - Sag Harbor Tpk from 2-4pm!
Thursday 10/31 – Halloween Party - all are welcome – 2:00pm- Costume parade, 2:20pm- Costume fashion show and Monstermash dance party!
11/1 - Staff Development Day - School Closed

Thank you to those you came to Helping Hands Day on Saturday. It was perfect weather. We were able to accomplish all of our jobs. We took down the large tent and moved the floor in preparation for our Arts and Science Center construction, we took down the woodshop tent and cleaned all of the school windows and stored the screens! Many of these jobs need many hands and we couldn’t do them without you!

The Open House was also very busy with prospective families. 

Please Note: We will be conducting Fire and Safety drills over the next few week and through out the year periodically.

The Hayground Market - Hosted by Julie’s Class, Tuesday June 4th at 2:15pm. Students, staff and family are invited to come and shop.
Science Symposium - Wednesday 6/5. hosted by scientist-in-residence Hannah Holmes and her Students at 2:15pm
Student Srt Exhibit - Monday June 3rd - Graduation (June 14th). In the main building. Students can take their artwork directly off the walls following graduation.
Beach Day - Monday 6/10 (Rain Date Tuesday 6/11)
Field Day - Thursday 6/13 at 12:30pm
Graduation - Friday 6/14 at 9am

Thursday (5/23) - School Dance, Sleepover (No After School Programs!)

Thursday, May 23 - 💃🏽THE SCHOOL DANCE is for all students except Tohanash and Lora’s class.

Students will enjoy hero sandwiches and other refreshments, and dance to a DJ from 5 to 7 pm.

 ANY PARENTS WHO ARE AVAILABLE ARE INVITED TO JOIN IN HELPING US DECORATE FOR THE DANCE. IT CAN BE A LOT OF FUN.  

*🛌THE SLEEPOVER: This annual event begins following the school dance which ends about 7 pm.  It is for students age 10 or turning 10 before the start of the next school year in Julie and Lucy’s classes.

Solar Eclipse Monday April 8th

In Bridgehampton it starts at 2:13 and the height of the eclipse is 3:27 pm. Any parents who want to be on campus at dismissal are welcome to view with their children. We will have the special sunglasses available for all students who need them.
