Second Week of School

We have one confirmed case of Covid at school with other reported cases in the community.

We follow Suffolk County DOH Guidelines below.

If your child exhibits symptoms of the flu, RSV or COVID 19, such as, fever, sore throat, vomiting, or diarrhea, please keep your child home until he/she is fever-free for 24 hours without the aid of medication and has tested negative for COVID or your health care practitioner provides written clearance.  If your child has tested positive for Covid-19 virus, He/she can go back to his/her normal activities when, for at least 24 hours, she/he is fever-free and the symptoms are improving overall. Upon your child’s return to normal activities, take added precaution over the next 5 days, such as taking additional steps for cleaner air, hygiene, masks and physical distancing.

  • This Friday is Apple Picking at Halsey Farm in Mecox. Please remember to send in your permission slip. We will be leaving school around 9:30 to arrive by 10. In order to make sure no one is left out the school is purchasing delicious donuts for everyone so you don’t have to send extra money.

  • Thank you all for your rapid response to the afterschool offerings this fall. After school begins  Monday, September 22. Please be sure to contact Arjun for your enrollment - not the instructor. Please give your payments to Cheryl or Joanna. We still have space in:

Hudson Music – Monday and Friday

We look forward to another great week!
