Julie’s Class

It’s hard to believe that our show is over. Kids all around Hayground are singing songs and reciting lines from our production. The kids should be extremely proud of themselves for writing and producing a show that was clever, witty, and harnessed the energy of what they learned about vaudeville; and we accomplished it all in about two months!

For the next few weeks we will resume working on the outdoor instruments that we began in the fall. Our goal is to create interactive musical areas on the playground where kids can play with up-cycled materials turned instruments. We will also finish drafting, editing and revising stories for our end of year writing celebration. We look forward to sharing this work with you at the Spring Festival on Wednesday, May 20 from 12:30 until the end of the day.
